Sometimes, you don’t get what you shopped for. And in this case, we are happy to offer you a refund, exchange or credit. You’re entitled to a refund, exchange or credit under the following circumstances:
The product is faulty.
The product is significantly different to what you ordered.
Subject to the above circumstances, products must not be opened or used.
Proof of purchase must be provided. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.
Your refund will be made to the original payment method, except Afterpay payments which will be refunded to your Credit/Debit card.
